Account
Account is strictly connected with user data. In order to avoid unwanted callbacks or ban do not let other people to write with your account. Violation of one or more of the following rules will involve a right warning or for the worst cases a ban. The persistence in breaking rules will involve a permanently account closure.
Profanation
Any sort of profanation will be punished with a 1 month ban.
Pedophilia
Any user that will post in his threads/reply, link to images or websites concerning pedophilia, will be punished with a permanently account closure (definitive ban).
Pornography
Any user that will post in his threads/reply, link to images or websites concerning pornography, will be punished with a 2 weeks ban. The presence in signature of genital images will be punished with a ban suitable to the seriousness of the fact. Nipple images or obscene posing will be edited without notice.
Piracy
Any user that will post in his threads/reply , link to websites containing piracy materials or information will be punished with a 1 week ban.
Argument like cd-key, crack or any discussion pertaining to piracy will be moderated. In case of persistence the user will be punished with a ban
suitable to the seriousness of the fact.
Insult and Threats
Insult and Threats versus other users, the staff or other people external to the forum will be punished with a ban suitable to the seriousness of the fact. The length of the ban will be decided by the moderators depending on the seriousness of the fact. Racist insults will be punished with a 1 week ban.
Flame
A Flame is a discussion where tones have gone over the decency limits. Any user that will create such a condition will be punished with a ban suitable to the seriousness of the fact. This will happen after the moderators have called to the order without success.
Spam, flood, cross-post
Spam are OT messages (off topic, not concerning the argument of the thread) , UP messages (only to keep one thread over the others) and repeated messages on the same thread. The decision to judge a message spam or not are taken only by the moderators.
Flood is an exasperated form of spam that usually consist of a repetition of a messages with the only purpose of disturbing.
Cross-post is the practice of opening the same thread in different areas of the forum.
Self-advertising is strictly forbidden.
Staff and their decision's respect
Decisions made by a moderator have to be respected by every user. Every decisions will be pondered and taken following forum rules. It is forbidden to reopen threads already closed by moderators. If you need to clarify something with a moderator contact them with the private messaging feature. Disrespectful or insult messages will not be considered. The persistence to go against moderator decisions will be punished with a ban suitable to the seriousness of the fact.
Netiquette
- Avoid to open threads not pertaining to useful or constructive themes for the section. Aside from these no other threads are allowed
- Avoid to deviate the discussion from his original theme. To divagate and to give insubstantial answer is a lack of respect toward the author of the thread
- Avoid to open threads with a lack of real arguments, with the only purpose to raise the message's counter and to fill blank spaces in posts. This doesn't mean that you can't open funny threads, you have only to remain in the context of the discussions. You have to remember that this is a public space where you have to avoid arguments, phrases and the way of speaking vulgar and/or offensive
- Do not publish, without the explicit permission of the author, the contents of email or any form of private communications (log irc, icq, msn, pm or similar)
- Avoid to cross-post the same message on different areas of the forum
- Avoid to write whole words or phrases in uppercase, it's the same as shouting.
- Avoid to use a thread as a personal discussion, for this purpose you can use private messages or email.
- Thread's title have to be significant of the content of the thread
Private Messages (PM)
It is strictly forbidden to publish forum private messages and/or other form of private messages like icq, msn and others. The persistence on breaking this rule will be punished with a ban suitable to the seriousness of the fact. Private messages sent through the forum and containing insult or threats will be punished with a ban suitable to the seriousness of the fact.
Signature, profile and avatar
It is forbidden to use images of politicians as avatar, or in the signature, regardless of the historical period when they lived. It is forbidden to use phrases, expressions, quotations of political, racial, offensive nature or that go against someone else's ideas. Same thing for symbols of political or racial movements.
Users with signature containing these materials will be punished with a ban suitable to the seriousness of the fact.
If a user want to report a signature violation he has to contact a moderator.
These rules have to be respected also for the profile section. The avatar (an image that appear in every message you leave on the forum) have to not relate to vulgar, porno, offensive, politics, racial images. It is a good norm to not use avatars used by other peoples.
Other online games discussions
You are free to talk about other games, without any restriction. What was not allowed is to post any external link to other online games (official websites and referral url). These types of URL are not allowed in messages and signature.
